an unforgettable night...

i think most of soccer fans would have watched the match between AC Milan and Liverpool either live or not...and if not would have heard about the result from the radio or other forms of media...like it or not...LIVERPOOL ARE THE CHAMPIONS...and i can say that i was there with them...i watched them from start till the penalty shootout...and i must say that at half-time i wanted to turn it off and go to bed...but as you all know...YOU WILL NEVER WALK ALONE... i couldn't bear to watch the penalty shoot-out cause i think that we aren't the best penalty takers in the game...sigh...so i waited after ten mins before i switch the channels...hahaha... well CIS eat your heart out... the manner that they pulled themselves together after the break was amazing...i mean would you believe that from 3 goals down and against 1 of the best teams in the world...what's the word to describe that kind of feeling...so when you're down and out...and things are really not looking too great.......

I am back

Well well well... It has been a while since my last blog (last in 2009). How is everybody? A lot of things have happened and what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger! Hopefully I can keep blogging and posting longer this time...

bootcamp

http://www.bootcamp.com.my/index.html had my 1st session this morning... ALMOST DIED! kekeke started at 7 ended at 8:10 give or take...it's a month long course, 3 times a week an hour each. doing this to keep myself in shape la! it's a lot of running( today was assessment) but will update as i go for the sessions. feel grogy cause haven't gotten up this early in a loooooong time, sleep around this time, yes! check it out

3 years on...

it's been 3 years since my last post... what to blog about... what has changed... well for one, i'm 35 this year! 3 years wiser? looking more my age? well it's all relative. cause you're as old as you think/feel! and i feel fine! i think i am wiser in the sense that we mature regardless of whether by choice or not...so then it can mean that i'm 3 years more mature but not any wiser?! kekeke sorry. was just thinking aloud to myself... still the same, still crazy about football, liverpool and alcohol(oh, that's my new hobby) i'm president of an alcohol club(till they demoted me) and i am a football league organiser... enough for now...

world cup...

ya ya ya... i know half the world are so into the world cup and the other half don't even care... you need to understand the mechanics of football to understand why... and even if you do...you might disagree strongly why men and some women behave differently during the world cup... it's gotta be the passion cause without it...you'll NEVER enjoy the game...enjoy the level of skill shown...enjoy the outrageous hairdos(trust me on this)...enjoy the players...enjoy the fans(some who travelled from far)...all in all...it's the whole package. hell...i'll even stop clubbing for the whole duration... and really the expressions on the faces of the supporters are a sight to behold(at times it's really quite funny and at times it's really quite sad)... you will see a lot of colours, fashion, funny banners, beautiful women(esp. latin ones)...but most of all it's all about the level of commitment and pride shown by the players out of respect for country and fans(there a...

Don't walk behind me; I may not lead. Don't walk in front of me; I may not follow. Just walk beside me and be my friend.

When I find myself fading, I close my eyes and realize my friends are my energy.

blessed am i to have a few... and i pray that i am the same to them as they are to me!

jaded-ism...

interesting... just read a blog about being jaded at 26... hmmm... i thinking...how jaded will a person be when they are 30 or 40 or 50? i hear that life begins when you start to earn enough to pay the min for your credit card expenses... so at 26, a bit early right? 26 should be primetime slot where you live life to the fullest and gradually tone down with age cause we don't sin less with age but we choose our sins more carefully... :P experiences from our late uni days through our late twenties will or would have taught us a thing or two about the road we walk on called life. isn't it ironic cause youth is really wasted on the young? well they say that you are as young as you feel or as old as you think... so jaded-ism is NOT applicable to those below 50 and even then you have a choice whether you wanna be jaded or not... so jadey you're not allowed to be so...and when you're feeling like that again...call me lah... the cure to jade-ism is...FRIENDS (who gives a s___!...

The best way to cheer yourself up is to try to cheer somebody else up.

someone please start by cheering me!

Happiness is a choice...

don't you agree? we choose to be happy when there are times when we are not... we choose to be positive when the going gets tough... we choose to look on the good side of others when our nature is not... let's choose not to be judgemental... let's choose not to be critical... let's choose not to be sad... let's choose not to give up hope... let's choose not to look down on others... let's choose to be encouraging... let's choose to be forgiving... let's choose to be loving... let's choose to be hopeful... let's choose to be believing... let's choose to be happy... LET'S CHOOSE JESUS TO BE OUR LORD... cause happiness is a choice.

It is one of the blessings of old friends that you can afford to be stupid with them

how very true... sometimes our behaviour are only understood by friends who has been with you thru it all...they may criticize it at times but only they can accept you for all your zany-ness and you accepting theirs to all my homeys out there...you know who you are... thank you so much... GO BBM and GSH!!!!!

milestone day...

it's my mother's birthday today... and she's ...she's...she's ...old la... better not reveal her age just in case she reads this and stop doing my laundry... well besides being the love of my life (till i'm married) she's also the biggest ____ in my _____. well it's true...she cooks for me...she does my laundry...she knows my closet better than me...she is my events manager(she reminds me of whose birthday is coming or anniversary or what's happening in church etc etc)...she's also my censorship board ie. which tvb series is worth watching or not...she's my dance partner(cause no one else will)...in short she's my number 1 fan... happy birthday mum!!!! i'll give you that kiss later :)

"Very funny, Scotty. Now beam down my clothes."

Now if only everyone has a sense of humour...

human behaviour...

Ever asked why some people behave the they do? And ever wonder why? What if the things they do affect you? Ever thought of telling them? Or rather leave things the way they are cause it won't make a difference anyway? How do you handle the person or the situation? The answer my friend is...........to each his own... We can't control ourselves sometimes much less others...but that's the key...isn't it? Mind your own !@#$%^& business!!!! Honestly, I don't need to take any crap from anybody and that being said nobody needs to take any crap from me! What gives you the right? Seriously...do unto others what you want to be done to you... And for those who still don't get it: Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abused the priviledge.

been some time...

been home for the past 5 weeks...recuperating from a knee surgery which was quite an experience cause it was my 1st...from the time that i checked in till after i grogyly woke up to checking out of the hospital...hmm...it was pretty scary cause of stories and experiences that was told to me... shudder...some good and some not worth mentioning... i must admit that my doctor and his team really made me felt comfortable and secure cause 5 mins before they wheeled me in---i had to use the loo...my head was a little heavy due to the tablets i took earlier and an attendant had to hold and lead me...let's not go into too much details... undergoing physio for my knee and let me tell you that i no longer dislike auditors...no.1 on my hate officially goes to physiotherapists...heartless,emotionless and slavemaster...no regards for pain...these are the people who founded the phrase...no pain,no gain... many thanks to those who came to visit...you know who you are...brought my spirits up y...

time is everything...

timing is everything... it's not like we are always unlucky...it's more likely that we have bad timing...and even if it's a surefire thing...timing either makes or breaks it... the best part of it is that not all of us have good timing and even if we do...there are always days whereby we are off... the suck part of it is that when we are off...the consequences are really bad... and i believe that everyone of us has experiences that we would like to forget... i have got no solution just questions...how do we prevent bad timing?is it an acquired gift...our genes or an ability that we can do without? do we do it purposely or it's really just a test from God? so...how's your timing lately?

have you ever...

have you ever felt so low that the lowest thing that you can think of can't be lower than you? have you ever felt so bad that the worst thing that has happened to you seem like child's play? have you ever felt so useless that whatever you do just seem like a waste of time? have you ever felt so insignificant that even if you're gone, no one will notice? have you ever felt so much depression that you can't depress anymore? have you ever felt so angry with yourself that you can't believe how stupid you actually are? have you ever felt so much emptiness that even a black hole is like nothing in comparision? have you ever felt so dumb that even Harry and Lloyd looks smarter than you? lastly... have you ever ever ever felt so pissed with yourself that 2 bottles of valium ought to do the trick?
