to defend or not to defend...
well...ummm...how to start...hmmm...ok...this should do it...
fine...
was playing futsal in church just now...last night and got into an argument that almost got out of hand...which got me thinking...when do we as christians draw the line...when do we defend ourselves...do we wait for backup or do we bore them to death with bible readings or do we simply just grit our teeth and take it...or...just give it back as good as you got it...
i am very passionate about the game and i would say that i always give my all whenever i play and i was told by a friend during supper that...that puts pressure on my team-mates...sigh probably true...but aren't you supposedly to give your best...well the story is that i was arrogant and insensitive to the other team players and that riled up one of the players...who challenged me la... the funny thing is...the boy pushes me twice in the chest...i mean come on la...it's not like i've got breasts or anything...and started using foul language and threats...
so what would YOU do if in my shoes...
told my sister and guess what...she called me a wimp...and that i should have called her and she would have whoop his ass...honestly...a part of me really wanted to swing at him and mind you it wasn't my hips...
i was also called a lousy christian...man i know that for a fact la...that's why i need Jesus...so can anyone please please tell me what could have been done...
why are some people so stupid to pick fights in other people's turf...i mean it's kinda dumb right...
it's 4:30 am and i still can't believe that i let the fellow walk away...early 20s(maybe late teens)
i'm telling you that my sis is gonna bug me for the next couple of days...sigh
so defend or not to defend...

christians may be 'milder' than most people but we're no pushovers babe. don't confuse the two.
it's one thing to be passionate but when the game's over, the rivalry should be too. i think that's called sportsmanship?
i know what you're like, and you don't mean a lot of things you do on the pitch but you gotta watch it k. MEN have this tiny issue called EGO which doesn't let them walk away from confrontation.
next time some juvenile picks a fight, tell him only baboons resolve conflicts by fighting. (if you wanna sound gay you could go "fighting is soooo last season" LOL)
if he still wants to fight, call your sister. hehe ;p
and if my sis can't make it...i'll give you a holler
i've gotta admit..quite entertaining to watch..wakakak..
well, bro'..frankly i don't know what you should have done but i guess by asking him to get off our turf you made a pretty good statement lar..keke..
and yea man, i totally agree with karine..CALL YOUR SISTA'!!!!LET A GIRL WHOOP HIS ASS SEE HE GOT FACE SUMMORE NOT!!!HAHAHAHA....
a lil birdie told me abt it 15 mins after. hope you're okay. i think u did d right thing and im super proud of you.. but if theres any whopping going on i should be invited k, me and your sis can do a tag team ;)
Definitely takes a bigger man to walk away. but seriously if he does come back, make sure im on speed dial.

proud of ya.
I donno what happens but let not what others think of u matter. What matters most (more than what others think) is what the LORD thinks of it. Mebbe u wanna ask the LORD what HE would want u to do if the next thing lidat happen. I mean, it mite be one of ur weaknesses and letting God handle it mite be good too yah!!
ciaozzz....
